In this role you will support the HR Development and Operations team during the NORAM migration to myHR, ensuring smooth operation of Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud. You will provide specialist technical expertise, manage incidents and changes, and help transition go-live into business-as-usual. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver solutions that align with HR IT strategy and policies. Responsibilities
- Analyze partner requirements and define technical solutions
- Gather requirements, run workshops, design, develop, test, and support testing activities
- Review technical specs and vendor proposals to ensure quality delivery
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
- Support IT COE project lifecycle and methodologies
- Incident management: investigate, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Vendor coordination for delivery through internal/external resources
- Assist with project planning, cost estimates, milestones, risks, and status reports
- Collaborate with partners to deliver Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, and related applications
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, and technical support experience
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (including Oracle Recruiting Cloud) and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Strong requirements analysis and end-to-end solution delivery across design, development, testing, and support
- Knowledge of HR systems, data flows, and integrations using Java, PL/SQL, JSON, XSLT, XML
- Experience with incident, request, change, and problem management
- Experience delivering technical projects with planning, risk management, and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across vendors and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
