We are looking for a Purchasing Analyst to support the centralized management of procurement activities across specific purchasing categories such as IT, Telecoms, and Capex. This role is key to ensuring efficient purchasing processes and compliance with DHL's global standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the centralized management of procurement, ordering, and processing for designated categories (IT, Telecoms, Capex).
- Manage PO requests and purchasing queries received via the central ticketing system, including raising, amending, and receipting purchase orders in line with SLA.
- Ensure accurate PO cost reporting, housekeeping, invoice handling, and supplier management in compliance with DPDHL policies and procedures.
- Oversee subsystem management, particularly invoice matching and supplier liaison.
- Provide ideas for continuous improvement and work flexibly to deliver key service objectives.
Qualifications
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential).
- Previous purchasing experience is preferable.
- Experience in stakeholder management would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Awareness of continuous improvement principles.
