We're now looking for a Transport Compliance Administrator to deliver accurate compliance reporting, manage audit requirements, and provide essential administrative support across our transport operation.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support within the transport compliance and auditing function.
- Serve as the primary contact for all audit‑related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare and maintain compliance audit data to a high standard, ensuring all periodic reporting is completed on schedule.
- Utilise fleet and driver management systems to extract, analyse and present data for operational reporting.
- Interpret customer requirements and deliver clear, insightful information through effective communication.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Have experience working in a similar role within a transport compliance environment.
- Have a strong understanding of operator licence compliance requirements for Heavy Goods Vehicles.
- Possess good knowledge of driver hours regulations and associated record‑keeping standards.
- Are confident using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and tools for presenting and analysing data.
- Are able to work effectively to deadlines and meet agreed targets.
