Key responsibilities:
- Prepare loadsheets and load plans using SABLE in full compliance with GSAM procedures.
- Oversee the safe loading and unloading of aircraft, ensuring all activity aligns with GSAM standards.
- Liaise effectively with P52 party handlers, stakeholders, and party shippers to support smooth operations.
- Coordinate container allocations for both aircraft and road vehicles.
- Arrange aircraft fuelling and de-icing as required.
- Ensure all NMIV messaging is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external parties (e.g., LEJ, SDC, LHR).
- Compile and submit all required reports in a timely manner.
- Complete dangerous goods checks and prepare declarations via RCTS.
- Support and coordinate crew requirements as needed.
- Assist with ramp, sort, and warehouse activities when required.
- Manage acceptance and clearance processes for inbound and outbound freight.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety, GSAM guidelines, and all regulatory requirements.

You’ll bring to this role:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook for professional communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication and proactive initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines within a time-critical environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to build and develop positive working relationships.
- Good level of maths and English. IT skills required. Knowledge of DHL systems advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
