Shift patterns: Working Monday to Friday day shift - must be flexible to start between 6am-10am

Location: Livingston

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Transport Compliance Manager to join our team. This is a key role within the transport operation, responsible for ensuring that all LGV vehicles and drivers operate safely, efficiently, and in full legal compliance across all contracts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Ensure all LGV drivers are fully compliant with legal and company requirements, including: Driving assessments, Induction programmes, Driver CPC, Manual handling training, Key operational procedures, EU Drivers' Hours & Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations
  • Manage the day-to-day compliance and maintenance of the LGV fleet
  • Produce accurate daily and weekly reports across all compliance areas
  • Oversee transport systems to ensure servicing schedules and tachograph reporting are up to date and compliant
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date vehicle and driver documentation
  • Control and monitor all LGV fleet-related costs
  • Ensure all vehicles are maintained to high safety standards

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Essential:

  • International CPC qualification
  • Proven experience managing an LGV fleet
  • Strong knowledge of transport legislation and compliance requirements
  • Experience working within a fast-paced transport operation

Desirable:

  • Experience with temperature-controlled vehicles
  • Previous people management or supervisory experience
