What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day transport activities on shift, helping ensure deliveries run safely, on time, and in line with plan.
- Promote and follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with transport, health, and safety procedures at all times.
- Support, coach, and engage drivers and colleagues, creating a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Track day-to-day performance, deal with issues as they arise, and escalate concerns where needed to keep the operation running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
- Transport or logistics experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility.
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
