- WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and manage the safety strategy across the BACC contract at Heathrow Airport.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including the implementation of the new Ground Handling Regulations.
- Support and implement our Safety Management System (SMS), driving standardization and consistency across the BACC location.
- Promote a proactive Just Safety Culture that fosters continuous improvement and enhances safety performance.
- Provide direct leadership to the safety team, encouraging high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with our customers and internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety excellence.
- WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A strong health and safety background is essential.
- NEBOSH General Certificate is a must.
- Experience in the aviation industry is ideal, but we're willing to teach the right candidate!
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.
