We are hiring – exciting warehouse roles in High Wycombe. Join the DHL team as a Storeperson and contribute to delivering exceptional warehouse operations that surpass our customer's expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently processing both inbound and outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Performing put‑aways of goods into designated locations, maintaining organisation and accessibility.
  • Timely replenishment of stock to ensure availability and smooth operations.
  • Utilising handheld technology, such as RF scanners, to facilitate order processing and inventory management.
  • Operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to print labels and verify data accuracy.
  • Supporting stocktakes as required to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Demonstrating awareness of potential hazards and contributing to a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high‑volume warehouse environment.
  • Forklift licence (highly desirable).
  • Proven experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders.
  • Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners.
  • Ability to work in a team with focus on excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of inventory management.
