Responsibilities
- Efficiently processing both inbound and outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Performing put‑aways of goods into designated locations, maintaining organisation and accessibility.
- Timely replenishment of stock to ensure availability and smooth operations.
- Utilising handheld technology, such as RF scanners, to facilitate order processing and inventory management.
- Operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to print labels and verify data accuracy.
- Supporting stocktakes as required to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Demonstrating awareness of potential hazards and contributing to a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a high‑volume warehouse environment.
- Forklift licence (highly desirable).
- Proven experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders.
- Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners.
- Ability to work in a team with focus on excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
