We are looking for an experienced DSO to step up into a Leading Hand role. Your duties will include:
- Leading a team to ensure objectives are communicated, and KPI’s achieved on a daily basis
- Ensure operational performance across functions including inbound, outbound, picking/packing, and inventory
- Customer interaction including maintaining good working relationships and responding to all enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintaining stock integrity in warehouse including adhering to DHL policies and procedures
- Following safe work practices and work instructions
- Assist with identifying training needs and opportunities to develop the team

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven operational experience working in a high volume 3PL transport environment
- Forklift Licence e.g. High Reach, Counter Balance and/or Double Deep (highly desirable)
- Clean full drivers licence (essential)
- Proven customer facing experience with the ability to deliver superior customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- WMS experience – including exposure to the various functions
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel
