WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
- To directly assist Management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area.
- Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
- Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals. Ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of operational KPI's.
