Overview

Position: Handover Centre Coordinator

Location: Ellesmere Port (CH65 1AJ)

Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours. Monday-Thursday (Office based), Friday (Working from home)

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

  • To exceed and manage customer expectations by co-ordinating the handover of all company ECOS scheme vehicles to Stellantis Group employees and affiliates
  • Manage the inbound site processes and goods in transit inspection, ensuring each vehicle is in an agreed standard condition to handover to customer
  • Familiarise yourself with the Stellantis defleet standards and produce fair estimates in line with these requirements
  • Ensure the security of all vehicles on site and keys are secured during operating hours and non operating hours
  • Support to manage the handover site and vehicle movements, ensuring optimum site processes to ensure an efficient operation for customer
  • Answer customer calls and deal with queries in line with service delivery requirements
  • Engage with the customer and build rapport, canvassing feedback about the handover and ideas on how we can continuously improve
  • Manage system updates and data entry to support the end-to-end processes of the operation

Requirements (What this role would suit)

  • Customer service or customer-facing experience is essential
  • Motor industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential
  • High level of attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

  • Strong IT skills – Microsoft packages (Excel, Teams)
