Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday working 6am-2pm + 2pm-10pm + 10pm-6am on rotation (may be required to work occasional weekends)

Location: Glasgow

We are now looking for a Transport Administrator to provide administrative support within our transport operations, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance with regulations, and smooth coordination between drivers, planners, and customers.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Maintain accurate transport records and documentation
  • Process driver paperwork and update systems promptly
  • Support compliance with legal and company transport standards
  • Liaise with drivers, planners, and other departments to resolve queries
  • Assist with scheduling and route planning where required
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis to support operational decisions
