At our M&S Swindon site, we\’re at the heart of retail logistics – ensuring products flow efficiently from warehouse to store. Now, we\’re looking for a Flow Room First Line Manager to lead our robots and team and keep things running like clockwork.

What you\’ll do

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse.
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we\’ll achieve great results!

This role would suit people who

• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving
• Are natural leaders with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
• Have solid knowledge of IT – Excel
• Understand Warehouse Management Systems
