WHAT YOU\’LL DO
- To directly assist the Senior Management team by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
- To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, always maintaining standards of excellence
- To track and trace orders using a digital In-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level
- Conducting 1-2-1\’s, return to works and development planning for members of staff
- Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we\’ll achieve great results!
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Previous experience as a people manager within a warehouse environment is essential
- Strong communicator – both written and verbal
- Computer literate with a practical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is essential
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports.
