WHAT YOU\’LL DO
- Build and develop the team – you\’ll have a team of 20 reporting into you working across various tasks in the warehouse from picking, tipping, loading, decanting and more.
- Meet and exceed – you\’ll make sure the operation is meeting service levels and KPIs and want to work to improve them.
- Encompass a curious and positive attitude – get involved with automation projects on site, you\’ll want to do your best everyday.
- Give people and team leadership – from 1-2-1\’s, managing holiday/absence, and performance reviews.
