DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Class 1 driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Wagon & Drag
- Delivery of demount boxes to DC's throughout the UK and Scotland
- Collection and return of empty demount boxes to base
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
We'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience but don't hesitate to apply if you don't tick every box on this page - we're great at spotting talent and potential in everyone:
- You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience with Wagon & Drag and Demount Box
- 6 Months HGV Class 1 driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of drivers hours and regulations
