Join our dedicated team in Avonmouth as a Driver Development Officer on the Argos contract—where you\’ll combine your professional driving expertise with coaching and developing others to help our operation deliver excellence every day.
Responsibilities
- Spending time on the road (around 60%), completing delivery routes while assessing and supporting driver performance.
- Delivering in-cab coaching and conducting practical assessments to ensure safe and efficient driving standards.
- Working in the office to complete training sessions, review performance data, and support new drivers through the onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Enjoys a balance of hands-on driving and developing people through training and coaching.
- Has strong communication skills and a calm, supportive approach when giving feedback.
