We're now seeking an experienced Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for designated customers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Leading customer review meetings, including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews, presenting operational performance and improvement plans
  • Analysing customer and operational KPIs to identify trends, drive continuous improvement and ensure service excellence
  • Managing customer escalations, coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring issues are resolved effectively and efficiently
  • Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and supporting the successful implementation of new business and operational changes.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Previous Account Management, Customer Relationship Management or Client Services experience within a logistics environment
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships, conducting business reviews and acting as a trusted customer contact
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, present and communicate operational KPI performance
  • Demonstrated ability to identify account growth opportunities and work collaboratively with operational, commercial and support teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to manage customer escalations and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
