- Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
- Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse.
- Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
- Supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve Operational Standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area / shift approach.
- Clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your position and to your team.
- Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your position and to your team.
- Update Daily resource planning for next shift, based on latest volume and volume profile information.
