A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Start-Up & Project Oversight: Kick off the day by reviewing progress on new site launches or strategic projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and customer expectations are aligned.
- Customer Engagement: Host or prepare for customer meetings to discuss performance, explore growth opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations for supply chain improvements.
- Operational Performance Review: Analyse daily KPIs and operational dashboards with your leadership team, addressing any deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Resource & Planning Alignment: Collaborate with operations management team to adjust resource plans based on volume forecasts, seasonal peaks, and customer requirements.
- Continuous Improvement & Team Development: Lead Gemba walks, confirm standards, and coach team members on process improvements while fostering a culture of safety, engagement, and customer-centricity.
