We\’re now looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to take the lead on driving and delivering proactive change initiatives as part of a Continuous Improvement culture.

Responsibilities
- Lead on defining a plan, and implement improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth handover and clear accountability across teams.
- Building strong relationships with Account Managers and Department Heads to proactively identify needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Translating client operational requirements into focused improvement projects that enhance performance and service delivery.
- Communicating progress on initiatives clearly and regularly using agreed KPIs, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Identifying areas for cost and service improvement across the network.
Qualifications
- Confident in leading change, engaging teams, and taking people on the journey.
- Brings hands-on experience working within dynamic supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of driving performance improvements and embedding best practices.
- Skilled in applying CI methodologies to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
