Looking for a flexible, part-time role where your attention to detail and analytical skills make a real impact? We are hiring a CaMS Analyst to support the administration of our Car Mileage System (CaMS), ensuring accurate data, smooth processes, and full tax compliance.
Key tasks
- Collect, review, and audit employee mileage data within CaMS
- Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure tax compliance
- Ensure all mileage records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Perform regular audits in line with employment tax requirements
- Maintain and update CaMS data (tax rates, payroll deductions, vehicle details)
- Ensure all employee and vehicle data is accurate and available
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Tax teams to resolve issues
- Manage and respond to queries via the CaMS inbox
- Maintain an accurate query log and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Produce reports to monitor system performance and data quality
- Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders via email and calls
- Support timely data submission and resolution of queries
Your profile
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data handling)
- Experience in admin, HR, or finance is a plus
- High attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
- Great communication skills
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently
