Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Support site compliance in all relevant DPDHL and Site policies, including business unit core standards.
  • Support site management on health, safety and environmental, facilities and security compliance, including providing any necessary advice and guidance to the operational teams.
  • Ensure that specific area legal registers of regulations are updated and up to date, and the site is compliant with the Health and Safety Management System.
  • Work proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement in the management of Health and Safety within their areas of responsibility.
  • Implement and maintain Operations and maintenance schedules, in line with the Health and Safety Management System.
  • Support with identifying improvement opportunities using First Choice Way tools at sites.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Previous Site Administrator experience is essential.
  • Understanding of Payroll Administration.
  • IT Literate, with Microsoft Office Packages, Excel.
  • Strong Communicator.
