- Coordinating and dispatching drivers, ensuring all routes are efficiently covered
- Handling incoming calls, primarily from drivers needing support or updates
- Communicating with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries
- Completing general operational and administrative tasks to support the shift
- Providing debrief support for drivers when required, including reviewing completed routes and issues Previous experience in a transport or transport related field
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently juggle multiple tasks at once
- Has strong communication skills and is comfortable speaking with drivers and customers
- Can work independently while also collaborating well with a wider team
- Is flexible with working hours and willing to support operational needs when required
