We’re now looking for a Regional Fleet & Compliance Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations! WHAT YOU'LL DO
- To ensure regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures, and industry standards are adhered to across both Operating centre areas of responsibility.
- To develop, implement and manage compliance programs, conduct audits, and monitoring training to ensure the company operates within legal and ethical frameworks.
- To maintain records of fleet and compliance activities and ensure completion and retention of the required documentation.
- To manage and steer the defect and VOR reporting processes, and ownership for the tracking of Company assets.
- To identify potential compliance risk and develop mitigation strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- CPC International - required.
- Extensive experience in fleet management, preferable in leadership roles.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
