We're now looking for a Transport First Line Manager to join our transport team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our dynamic team to achieve excellence and drive success throughout our transport network. Join us and be a key player in shaping the future of logistics!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • To effectively organise all resource for the delivery of the customers product
  • Meet customer requirements and operational KPI's and SLA's
  • To ensure legal transport compliance in line with DHL's earned recognition
  • Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage attendance and complete Drivers 1-2-1's

  • Have excellent Organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
