  • Business unit collaboration: Foster a strong partnership with our business counterparts across our DHL Business Units.
  • Executive communication: Drive the creation of effective management communications (e.g. presentations) and ad-hoc requests from senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT.
  • At least 4-6 years’ experience in online marketing with a strong focus on digital user experience and content marketing, or closely related roles within the digital space.
  • Proven experience defining, developing, and delivering customer-centric UX and content strategies across the full customer journey, with a clear focus on driving business value.
  • Strong conceptual, strategic, and creative mindset, with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing disciplines, particularly content marketing on websites, as well as SEO, SEA, social media advertising and marketing, and display advertising.
  • Ideally, understanding and practical experience of Content Management Systems and platforms for multiple country/language website management, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Hands-on knowledge of user research and testing methodologies, such as online focus groups, surveys, MVP development, A/B testing, and usability testing, with the ability to translate insights into data-driven decisions.
  • Foundational experience working with website content management systems, ideally Adobe-based platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with different delivery approaches and the ability to determine when to apply agile versus traditional project management methods.
  • Robust stakeholder management and communication capability.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile!
  • Fluency in English required.
