What you’ll do:
- Provide all encompassing First Line Leadership in the running of a safe and efficient dedicated operational area, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and leadership best practice for your area of responsibility and direct reports during shift working within OMS framework.
- Actively drive the engagement, performance and recognition of direct reports in your area of accountability.
- Contribute to the site health, safety and environmental meetings relevant to your site, ensuring that you action outputs and provide feedback as required.
- Ensure all colleagues are aware of their HSE duties and responsibilities under the site policies and are able to safely carry them out.
- Ensure that you investigate all near misses, incidents and accidents with emphasis on preventing any re-occurrences and monitor the department’s accident performance—sharing learning and best practice outputs.
- Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and validate it with your immediate leader.
