Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm OR 7am to 3pm (Preference is a 12pm to 8pm shift)

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Work closely with stakeholders within both JLR & DHL to ensure that the Resource/Freight team provides the customer with a best in class supply chain solution.
- Data analysis to forecast future Resource requirements using future op-strat volumes & historical data for trend analysis.
- Resource allocation of core fleet, core drivers, agency drivers, sub-contractors ensuring optimal utilisation of all core fleet & cost base.
- Relationship management with 3rd party agencies & external sub-contractors to support Resource requirements.
- Data integrity checks on a daily basis to ensure freight plan is resourced correctly, efficiently & optimal cost without putting the operation at risk.
