*Billing Analyst*

Billing Analyst Contract Type: 12-month FTC Location: Avonmouth (BS35 4DF) Grade: RCS N Hybrid working DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business, is seeking a Billing Analyst to play a vital role within our Finance function, managing billing processes effectively and ensuring invoices are created accurately and on time. Our team of Finance specialists do so much more than crunch numbers. They add value to our business by truly understanding our data and helping our teams make informed, commercial decisions. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, you will be responsible for: Raising sales invoices/credit notes Collections – you will be the first point of contact with Accenture and other stakeholders Maintaining different billing portals Ensuring the timely availability of billing backup Managing daily workflow tasks in line with agreed SLAs WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
