DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business, is seeking a Billing Analyst to play a vital role within our Finance team, managing billing processes effectively and ensuring invoices are created accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes
- Managing collections and being the first point of contact with stakeholders like Accenture
- Maintaining various billing portals
- Ensuring timely availability of billing backup documentation
- Managing daily workflow tasks in line with SLAs
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, 'can do' attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and internal controls
- Experience in a finance environment (desirable)
- Experience in logistics or similar industry (desirable)
- Experience in billing (desirable)
- Working towards or interested in a financial qualification such as AAT (desirable)
