Experteer Overview In this role you will support the governance and operation of DHL Group's UK Pension Plan, partnering with Trustees, the Pensions Operations Committee, advisers, and internal teams.
You will oversee governance activities, risk and compliance work, and continuous improvement of governance processes at a global logistics leader.
You'll help manage committee workflows, disclosures, and stakeholder communications.
This position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a meaningful impact on pension governance in a large UK scheme.

- Provide governance support to the Trustee Board and Pensions Operations Committee
- Coordinate committee activities including agendas, papers, minutes, actions, and records
- Maintain governance documentation (policies, registers, terms of reference, business plans)
- Support risk management, compliance, and governance improvement initiatives
- Manage governance projects with milestones and actions
- Coordinate IDRP cases and data breach management processes
- Collaborate with advisers, administrators, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service delivery
- Support Trustee communications, regulatory disclosures, and governance process improvements
- Tasks Bachelor's degree or relevant pensions experience/qualification 4+ years in pensions governance or similar role
- Strong knowledge of UK occupational pensions governance, legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting Trustee Boards, committees, or governance processes
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and multi-priority management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders and advisers
- Experience in risk management, compliance, project management, or process improvement (desirable)
