We are now looking for a Team Leader on the Day shift to join our team!
- A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Leading a small section of the line delivery team, working hands‑on to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of materials to support production.
- Carrying out weekly 1:1s, supporting colleagues with coaching, feedback, and clear direction to help them succeed.
- Stepping up to support the FLM when required—attending meetings, reviewing KPIs, and driving high operational and safety standards across the area.
