What does the role entail?
As part of your normal duties, you will:
- Co-ordination with Workshop operations ensuring the timely completion of daywork and events
- To prioritise & allocate workloads to team to offer balanced workload across team
- Carrying out weekly invoicing reports of all workshops financial data ensuring correct charges to all customers
- Conducting 1-2-1\’s, return to work interviews, disciplinary investigations and other management tasks in line with company policy
- Monitoring operational resourcing requirements ensuring you have the correct levels for the operational staff to meet requirement
- Creating a positive team environment, overseeing daily operations, delivering customer centric solutions, and resolving conflicts
- Create Customer Centric working relationship with Brand Account Managers
- Key room management and reporting completing regular audits
What do we need from you?

- Previously experience within a Team Management/First Line Manager position is essential
- Automotive/Dealership Industry experience would be desirable
- Able to conduct 1-2-1\’s, performance reviews, setting goals and delegating tasks along with providing coaching, where required
- Analytical skills with the ability to present data/information packs to stakeholders
- Strong communicator at various levels – ability to assess individual customer needs
- IT literate and able to adopt to new technologies
