Overview
At DHL Supply Chain we manage picking, packing and distribution of orders for inmates in prisons. This role is based at HM Prison Berwyn, LL13 9QE and requires an enhanced security vetting process. We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader who will guide a diverse team of prisoners, support their rehabilitation and keep operations on track.
Responsibilities
- Lead a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment, acting hands-on with picking and packing.
- Reconcile stock levels within the on-site prison warehouse.
- Deliver accurate and timely dispatch of orders to inmates.
- Meet and exceed operational targets.
Qualifications & Conditions
- Three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance).
- Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.
- Comfortable working in a prison environment alongside inmates.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes (training will be provided).
- Strong communication skills.
