Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 (including working weekends), must be able to work an 8 hour shift anytime between 8am-8pm (08:00-20:00)

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the prison shop.
- Ensure accurate stock control to maintain product availability for inmates.
- Manage and develop direct reports, including Prison Shop Team Leaders.
- Monitor and report any security concerns to the on-site Security Manager.
This role would suit people who:
- Can provide three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance).
- Have experience in leading and motivating teams.
- Possess a solid understanding of operational and retail processes, gained from working in a warehouse, convenience store, or similar environment.
- Are comfortable working in a prison setting alongside inmates.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
