We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our fast‑paced operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to take the next step in their leadership career, driving performance, safety, and efficiency across shift operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct effective handovers with the previous shift to ensure continuity
- Deliver engaging shift briefs, outlining priorities and daily objectives
- Review and act on previous shift performance and operational learnings
- Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture at all times
- Manage and monitor team productivity to achieve performance targets
- Ensure all products are picked, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time
- Provide hands‑on leadership and support to your team throughout the shift
