We're looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse First Line Manager to join our night operations team. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing warehouse environment. Working within clear operational guidelines, you'll lead your team to achieve daily targets while maintaining the highest standards in safety, productivity, and customer service.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct effective shift handovers, ensuring smooth continuity between teams
- Deliver engaging pre-shift briefings, outlining priorities and daily objectives
- Review and act on previous shift performance and operational insights
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Manage team productivity, ensuring targets and KPIs are met
- Ensure all products are picked accurately and dispatched on time
- Provide on-ground leadership, support, and guidance to your team throughout the shift
