WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to deliver exceptional performance
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and within agreed timelines
- Monitor and drive key operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, service, and attendance
- Plan and allocate labour and resources effectively to meet changing workload demands
- Champion a culture of Health & Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the operation
