We are now looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead operational performance, drive a culture of Safety First, and ensure our colleagues deliver the exceptional service our customers expect from DHL Supply Chain.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to achieve KPIs across safety, productivity, quality, and customer service
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging culture aligned with DHL's Certified Excellent Employer values
- Ensure all activity complies with H&S legislation, site procedures, and DHL's Zero Harm standards
- Plan and manage labour, resources, and workflow to deliver consistently strong operational performance
- Support customer relationships by delivering reliable service and proactive communication
- Lead continuous improvement activity using DHL tools and First Choice methodologies
- Monitor performance, produce reports, and contribute to weekly and monthly operational reviews
- Ensure compliance with audits, stock integrity processes, and internal/external standards
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Proven leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support large, diverse teams
- A proactive, hands on approach with strong decision making skills
- Good understanding of operational processes, H&S, and warehouse systems (WMS knowledge desirable)
- Experience delivering continuous improvement and change initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
