What does the role entail?

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle — from role briefing through to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to define attraction strategies, interview approaches, and sourcing methods
  • Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practice aligned to DHL's resourcing strategy
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, including site leaders and HR Business Partners
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using a mix of direct sourcing, talent pools, and external channels
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and deliver concise shortlists to hiring managers
  • Track and manage vacancies, providing regular progress updates and insights throughout campaigns
  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners where appropriate
  • Use data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
