What does the role entail?
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle — from role briefing through to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
- Partner with hiring managers to define attraction strategies, interview approaches, and sourcing methods
- Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practice aligned to DHL's resourcing strategy
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, including site leaders and HR Business Partners
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using a mix of direct sourcing, talent pools, and external channels
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and deliver concise shortlists to hiring managers
- Track and manage vacancies, providing regular progress updates and insights throughout campaigns
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners where appropriate
- Use data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
