Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, working 7.5hr shifts between 7am-5pm - will potentially change to rotating shifts of 7am-3pm + 9am-5pm

Location: Manton Wood - Worksop

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Support with the E-Comm go live
  • Manage the case management system
  • Record all complaints
  • Compile a daily tracker and deviations, ensuring trends and CI are maintained
  • Ensure that all customer deliveries requiring booking slots are booked in advance
  • Monitor all Customer collections and work collaboratively with the transport team
  • Providing a full analysis and investigations of all complaints, failed deliveries POD Queries
