Shift patterns: Weekly rotation AM & PM shift. AM shift: 05:30-14:00, PM shift: 13:30-22:00. Operating Monday-Friday and working one in every four Sundays (rest day given back)

In our retail warehouse you’ll have the opportunity to support across four sections (FLT, inbound, outbound and picking).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and inspire a high performing warehouse team by overseeing daily work, building a culture of clear communication, strong ownership and teamwork, and motivating colleagues to deliver great results.
- Drive strong operations by improving processes, using new and smart ways to boost output, and tracking key measures to push steady growth across the warehouse.
- Champion a safe, fair and supportive workplace by keeping high safety standards and making sure every team member can work with confidence and security.
