We're now looking for a Fleet Controller to play a central role in keeping everything moving and on track, every day.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Coordinating vehicle availability, servicing, and maintenance schedules
- Managing vehicle defects, breakdowns, and repairs to minimise downtime
- Maintaining accurate fleet records and ensuring audit readiness
- Liaising with repairers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve vehicle issues
- Monitoring fleet compliance, costs, and performance across the operation
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Previous experience working in a transport or fleet office environment.
- Knowledge of fleet compliance, vehicle maintenance scheduling, or transport administration would be advantageous.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
