PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage site stock level for operational stock
- Manage customer and 3rd party deliveries for airport suppliers across multiple contracts
- Manage and prepare billing files to be submitted at month end to the billing teams
- Support the Material Replenishment Admin with any adhoc work/covering of leave/sickness
- Prepare adhoc reports when needed
- Manage customer relationships as the first point of contact for day to day business (notification of any delivery damages, delays, adhoc deliveries)
- Support Transport community with any documentation required for deliveries to airports/external locations
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven inventory management experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Understanding of aviation logistics (desirable)
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and think proactively, using initiative to solve problems
