Order Distributor covering HMP Risley Warrington (WA3 6BP) and HMP Liverpool (L9 3DF)
Pay Rate: £13.72 per hour (£11,775.50 per annum)
Contract Type: Permanent – 16.5 hours per week
Shift patterns: Thursdays @ Risley Warrington 13:00‑17:00, Fridays @ Risley Warrington 13:00‑17:00 and Saturdays @ Liverpool 08:00‑17:00
Location: HMP Risley and HMP Liverpool – you must be able to cover both sites to be considered for this role.
Please note: The role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position.
DHL Supply Chain operates warehouses inside prisons enabling inmates to order essential goods. As an Order Distributor, you will manage picking, packing, and distributing orders to inmates, supporting their rehabilitation. A typical day may involve:
- Distributing orders accurately and on time to each inmate.
- Loading and unloading vehicles when orders arrive at the prison.
- Complying with prison rules and regulations.

Required qualifications and experience
- Three years of continuous UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance).
- Comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates.

- Own transport to commute between both locations.
