Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and continuously improve local training materials in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant and aligned to operational requirements.
- Develop and implement training interventions to address performance gaps and support individual and team development.
- Work closely with operational leadership teams to align training programmes with Standard Work Confirmations, ensuring consistency, compliance and operational standardisation.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance training effectiveness, employee capability and operational performance.
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive induction and onboarding programmes for all new starters, including follow-up support and training reviews.
Qualifications
- Excellent MS package experience, in particular Excel including V look ups, X look ups & formulas.
- Previous experience creating and implementing training processes and matrices.
- Great communication skills, credible and confident presenter & facilitator.
- Experience in stakeholder communication and management.
