A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Lead Inductions & Manual Handling Training: Facilitate new starter inductions and SMART manual handling sessions to ensure safety and compliance from day one.
- Training Administration & Compliance: Maintain and update training matrices, track refresher training schedules, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Update Safety Documentation: Regularly review and revise Safe Systems of Work (SSOWs) to reflect current operational practices and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Planning Team: Work closely with the planning department to align training schedules with operational needs, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse activities.
