Warehouse Team Leader / Warehouse Operative

Pay Rate: £26,249.60

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday – must be flexible to work occasional weekends

Location: HMP Full Sutton, York, YO41 1PS

NOTE: The role is based within a prison. Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced security vetting process.

Every day on our HMPPS contract offers new challenges! As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting prisoners\’ rehabilitation by working with a diverse team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading a team of prisoners in a warehouse environment, with hands-on involvement in picking and packing
• Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse (located at the prison)
• Managing the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to inmates
• Meeting and exceeding operational targets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Three years of UK address history (mandatory for security clearance)
• Ability to work within a prison environment alongside inmates
• Understanding of warehouse processes
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Basic computer literacy
