As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play an integral role supporting prisoner rehabilitation by leading a diverse team and managing warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:- Leading a team of prisoners in a warehouse environment, including hands-on picking and packing
- Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse (on-site at the prison)
- Managing the delivery and dispatch of orders to inmates
- Meeting and exceeding operational targets
- Three years of UK address history (mandatory for security clearance)
- Ability to work in a prison environment alongside inmates
- Understanding of warehouse processes (desirable)
- Good communication skills across all levels
